Another day exploring ….. regardless of cheese & Christmas cake consumption, I can’t have put on any weight this year. Walking, walking & yet more walking.

Below are photographs of various temples and shrines in and around Fukagawa Fudodo … I won’t embarrass myself trying to explain each of the photos!

In local neighbourhoods, the streets are decorated with pink & white balls, reminiscent of cherry blossom. And many Tokyo 2020 Olympics banners.

I love murals, but they are a rarity in Tokyo. This one is in the entrance to a shop.

And finally …… !

I did ask for permission to take the photo …. the dogs posed but not the lady!

    1. Many fewer dogs here than in Hong Kong because most landlords refuse to accept any pets. But it’s a shame that I couldn’t see the outfits that these dogs were wearing!
